I was born February 9, 1970 in Richmond, VA. I am searching for my biological parents. I have no names to search for and no real leads. I was made a ward of the state for a few days before being adopted. I was told (not sure if it’s true) by a family member that my parents were young and was going to College and their parents wouldn’t allow them to keep the baby- Me. Someone has to know something. There must be a sister/cousin/friend who knows that their family member had a baby girl and gave her up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Gwinn #1
